BULK BILLING applies to all current Medicare Card Holders

PRIVATE PATIENTS - please contact our clinic for out-of-pocket costs

OTHER FEES – doctors and staff will inform you if treatment fees are needing to be paid

ALLIED HEALTH – Medicare rebate is available for patients with care plans.

Running on Time

We aim to run on time for all appointments. However, we appreciate your patience if delays occur. Our doctors take the time to provide thorough, patient-centred care, which may occasionally extend appointment times.

Walk-Ins

At Burnside Medical Centre, we kindly ask all patients to book an appointment to ensure timely and efficient care.

Some doctors may accommodate walk-in patients under specific conditions:

Dr Frank 

Accepts walk-ins between 9:00am to 11:00am and 12:00pm to 3:00pm 

Please note: Appointments are prioritised over walk-ins

Dr Tah Wei and Dr Crystal

Do not accept walk-ins except in emergency.

These cases will be triaged by our staff and patient will be advised accordingly.

Dr Sabeha and Dr Muawia 

May accommodate walk-in based on clinical needs.

Patients will be assessed and seen when appropriate.
